It's clear from the snippet you pasted that you have PPA packages that are
causing some kind of conflicts with packages from the main archive, so this is
not a valid bug.
Besides, I can install libopencv-contrib2.4 and libopencv-objdetect2.4 just
fine in a vivid chroot.

Title:
libopencv-contrib2.4 libopencv-objdetect2.4 cannot be installed on
  15.04

Status in opencv package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
libopencv-contrib2.4 and libopencv-objdetect2.4 cannot be Installed on 15.04.
I get an dependencie Error during installation of these packets. Noticed it
while trying to install digikam.

"dependce on PAKET, but PAKET should be installed.

When installing them with dpkg --force-depends digikam everything runs
without problems, expect apt-get upgrade, so I need to do apt-get -f
install and digikam is gone again.
