Bug description:
Due to the nature of the package dependencies, a number of packages
are added to the image which are not used or needed. These include X11
and mesa drivers for other architectures.
This has several undesired effects:
1) the image size is larger than necessary
2) it implies a level of support based on the system framework
3) it will cause confusion during technical reviews of the image contents
