Title:
[VGN-NW150J, Realtek ALC262, Speaker, Internal] Pulseaudio fails to
  detect card

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10

  pulseaudio:
    Installed: 1:1.0-0ubuntu3.1
    Candidate: 1:1.0-0ubuntu3.1
    Version table:

       1:1.0-0ubuntu3 0

Expected to happen: Volume to work as normal. After a few restarts
  it begins to work.

What happened instead: Volume controls do not work: Speaker icon
displays a "---" after the speaker. I can click on it, but when I try
to turn the volume up, the volume control popup disappears/crashes.
