Bug description:
The Close/Minimise/Maximise buttons present for maximised windows (in
the space formerly occupied by the distro-branded BFB) are of a
different design to those on non-maximised windows.
This creates inconsistency in the step of changing a window from
windowed to maximised.
IMHO, ideally there would be more visual similarity between the chrome
used in the two states.
Fixing this bug would be one way of fixing bug 828039.
