I'm seeing both forms being used these days, searching through /usr/.
Please elaborate if there's still a problem that needs fixing, and if so
exactly where it is.

battery_empty should be battery-empty too
Also battery-missing is missing (Its the same icon as gpm-battery-
missing)
It may save time to fix bug 1056351 at the same time as this bug.
