  Combobox scroll arrows are not integrated with system theme

Bug description:
  I feel this is better explained with images:

  Notice the completely "wrong" style of the little up/down arrows.

  How to reproduce:
   1. Find a combobox with a lot of elements
   2. Position the window near the screen border
   3. Activate the combobox

  Ubuntu 13.10, Ambiance theme.
