Title:
Black icons on dark grey background in right click menu of title bar
  when using Ambiance theme

Status in ubuntu-themes package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
I am running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
I am using the default Ubuntu Ambiance theme.
  I enabled "menus-have-icons" in dconf-editor under
"org.gnome.desktop.interface" so that menu icons are shown.
When I right click the title bar of a window, the icons (for Minimize,
Maximize and Close) are black on a dark grey background, so they are not very
visible. I suppose they should be light grey instead, as is the menu text.
