Need a placerholder icon for applications that don't provide one
Status in ubuntu-themes package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
The touch system settings list installed applications, including there
icon. If one entry is not providing an icon we are using "clear" from
the theme, we can probably do better than that (though in practice the
case of missing icons shouldn't happen so it's somewhat low
importance)
