Bug description:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Some application kills the sound every time I use the computer,
but I am able to restore sound by rebooting and running sound apps first.
After installing some updates in the last couple of days (don't know
which ones), sound quit working altogether !!!
It is incredible that something so sophisticated as Linux has such a
worthless sound application with so many problems.
I have expended an incredible number of hours repeatedly repairing ubuntu
sound - maybe weeks even.
I am considering returning to Microsoft win xp which I hate with a passion
(MSFT).
