Pulseaudio is not running ( sound gone after removing HDMI cable )

Bug description:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
I plugged in HDMI cable to my laptop. And to get the audio on TV, I
changed the output device to HDMI Output. But once I removed the HDMI
cable, sound should fall back to Analog Audio which haven't happened
in my case. Will report after restarting. ( Still reboot should not be
required ideally :) )
