Bug description:

Two days after my first installation of Ubuntu 11.04, the sound went out. It
wasn't out at first because I was able to download Skype and use it one time,
but the second time I tried there was no sound coming out. I also couldn't
hear videos from Youtube or internet tutorials from Gnome.
I tried going through the troubleshooting steps but I couldn't follow along
all the way as there were some differences from my setup that I couldn't figure
out.
And finally I filed this report to find the bug, and the computer ran two
tests on my computer, as it may say so in the data collected. The first test
was successful, but the second wasn't.
