cupsd or cups-browser are systematically crashing at start-up. I tried to purge 
and reinstall cups without success. systemctrl status cups shows:
cups.service - CUPS Scheduler
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/cups.service; enabled; vendor preset: 
enabled)
   Active: failed (Result: core-dump) since Sun 2017-07-16 16:58:10 CST; 45s ago
