[DarkRoom] Add solid color to the top of tabs

Bug description:
I think adding a top solid color stripe on notebook tabs make them
more easy to see, for example, on Firefox.
I've attach a patch and two examples, Firefox with current DarkRoom,
and Firefox with DarkRoom and top-colored tabs.
