Bug description:
This is a follow up from bug 1239627. While reviewing the status of
translations on the phone in preparation for the Mobile Asia Expo
demo, I noticed that the "Back" action in the standard Toolbar does
not yet appear translated, despite translations having been done in
several languages for months [1] (so we can rule out the missing
translations scenario)
Looking at usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/ubuntu-ui-toolkit.mo it
would appear that no .mo files are installed.
