Bug description:
Cursor confinement barriers are wrong after rotating the screen
left/right.
Test case:
1. Start a Mir server and rotate the screen left or right (e.g. mirout
rotate right)
2. Move the mouse cursor around.
Expected: Cursor can cover the whole screen.
Observed: Cursor hits an invisible barrier (confusing screen width for
height).
This bug occurs regardless of whether you're using a hardware or
software cursor.
