Bug description:
mir_demo_standalone_render_to_fb cannot be quit or switched away from.
It doesn't seem to have the same Ctrl+Alt+Backspace or Ctrl+Alt+Fn
support our other demos do.
To kill it you actually have to ssh in from another machine.
