Title:
cursor not blinking when editing a file
Status in vim package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Happens with a lot of different files, if not all.
You move the cursor around, maybe it blinks a couple of times, then it
disappears.
I could record a video, if needed, to show it.
