I think we can ignore that log message as unrelated to the problem of
bluetooth not working. Other people have been reporting that message
even while Bluetooth works.

It sounds like your new-ish machine has Intel 8265 wifi/bluetooth. So
you are probably experiencing bug 1729389. Please comment there instead.

  is not connecting and if so, it is disconnected after 30s-2min. BT
  daemon freezes in restart attempt.
