Title:
autocompletion lists from the location bar "drops" up

Status in GTK+:
  Expired
Status in gtk+2.0 package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Since i update my system to breezy i have this problem:

i type a few letter in the location bar. sometimes the list didnt drop down.
it
jumps up and i couldnt see proposals for completion. i tested a little bit.

I have a lot of "searches" (this special bookmarks with %s). The list expand
down and reach the bottom of the screen and thinks, it isnt enouph space
(which
is correct) and switch the list to expand up (which is complete senseless).

maybe the scrollbar with the URL-proposals should be more flexible and the
complete list shouldnt be longer then 15 lines (searches and visible
URL-proposals)
