I had to remove kern.log because of privacy issues.
Everytime I reproduce the steps in dmesg the following appears:

  AppArmor prevents opening LibreOffice Writer documents from another
  HDD

Bug description:
  When I try to open a LibreOffice Writer document from another HDD
  which is mounted on to my main HDD, AppArmor prevents LibreOffice from
  opening it.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use Nautilus to go to your document (on the mounted HDD)
  2. Double-Click the document
  3. LibreOffice splash screen appears and closes a few seconds
  4. Nothing happens
