Bug description:
Ubuntu 18.04. After xorg and nvidia proprietary drivers upgrades.
I rebooted and i get a black screen before the login screen I am unable to
login.

From the log file:
Parse error on line 5 of section OutputClass in file
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/nvidia-drm-outputclass-ubuntu.conf
"Option" is not a valid keyword in this section.
Commenting out this line proceeds to alert about the next line which
is also an "Option" line, and commenting that out moves the alert onto
the final line, "ModulePath", before EndSection. Commenting all three
offending lines fixes this particular issue.
On diddledan's system, which may be an anomaly, Xorg then complains that
libGL.so.1 is missing while loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so.
