that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some 
of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently 
supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly 
upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 566826

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

  Hello,

  I tried Ubuntu Server amd64 [20100419.] ISO TESTING on virtualbox
  3.1.6 x86 64 and after installed without any problems the system, i
  restarted and was a bug i would to report but i get a message about
  permission denied:

  Erno 131, permission denied : cannot connect to crash database
  /var/log/installer/partman

  And so i still unable to send report.
