Title: disable wayland by default - nvidia proprietary drivers backlight Status in wayland package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: With wayland can't control screen brightness using nvidia proprietary drivers. The screen brightness is always at 100%. Please DON'T enable wayland by default on fresh installations or updates because it's not 100% compatible with nvidia proprietary drivers. Nouveau still doesn't support backlight control on Pascal cards.
