Abdullah Ahmed, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu

1) To clarify, could you please advise to the use of kernel boot
parameter nomodeset?

2) If you remove the nomodeset parameter does this influence this issue?

3) As per the sticker of the monitor itself (not from the Bug
Description, or the result of a terminal command), could you please
provide the full manufacturer and model?

4) Are you using an adapter/dongle to connect the monitor or is it one
HDMI cord connecting the laptop to the monitor?

5) When you do plug the monitor in, in the application Settings >
Devices > Display does it recognize something is plugged in?
