I am sorry for the incorrect information, I meant to say that upon installing
ubuntu over ubuntu budgie by wiping the partition, The ubuntu 18.04 did not
detect my windows 10.

2) Fast start up is dissabled and so is secure boot
3) I did this.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt-get update

4) currently i got an error as

5) I got the attached error while running sudo apt-get install intel-
microcode for the first time and the program error stopped after the
code was executed after a reboot

The splash screen comes up and then the system boots into recovery
mode every 3-7 boots/boot from sleep when on battery [battery at 30%
minimum and healthy], login screen is disabled as the login screen
does not come up if an external monitor is not connected (System
autologs in).
