for each of the distinct crash files you noted, which reporting them will help

>From my cursory viewpoint, the crashes appear to be unrelated to the
login issue reported.

No login prompt when booting bionic with both hdmi and vga monitor

Bug description:
If I boot up with two external monitors connected, the login screen
doesn't show up on any monitor.
The laptop display shows the mouse cursor on a blue screen, the HDMI
monitor shows a blank blue screen, and the VGA monitor shows no
signal.
WORKAROUND: Use Trusty.
WORKAROUND: Boot with only one external monitor connected.
