Bug description:
I tried everything from askubuntu but the system doesn't give in. Each time I
do "sudo apt-get upgrade" I get the message
Errors were encountered while processing:
gstreamer1.0-tools
gstreamer1.0-plugins-base-apps

I belive its a Bug. Please verify it.
