Title:
Two-sided printing with non-duplex printer does not work well in
Ubuntu
Status in cups package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
Use your non-duplex inkjet printer to print some pages in duplex mode, e.g. a
PDF from Evince.
Expected behaviour:
Your printer prints every second page and after half the job is done, a
message is shown that tells you to put the paper back into the printer the
other way around and then click a button.
What actually happens:
Your printer prints all pages, every second one rotated by 180 degrees.
Not that user-friendly.
