since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to
this bug?
If you are, could you let us know, and in the current version, run the
following (only once):
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this
particular issue.

Bug description:
Happened during a broken update (from ubuntu gnome 12.10.1 x64 to
ubuntu gnome 13.04) that required a livecd ( mount /dev/sda1 /mnt;
chroot /mnt; apt-get update; apt-get install -f; apt get upgrade) to
even boot to X, and afterwards another (sudo apt-get upgrade) for the
system to function properly again. I have not tested if it can be
recreated somehow.
