Public bug reported:
This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens quite frequently, that
I'm connected to one wifi connection and there are others in the area,
but when I click on nm-applet, it only displays the wifi that I'm
connected to, but not the other available networks.
I'm currently running Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, network-manager-gnome version
1.8.10-2ubuntu1
