The issue described there was in the fileselector widget from gtk, not
in the filemanager, it also seems resolved in newer versions with the
new popover widget used for entering the name

cannot move "save as" window

Bug description:
file -> save as -> (from evince, libre office, firefox, etc) new
folder -> here i must enter the name of the folder, I digit the first
words, but I don't remember a keyword that I need for naming the
folder, I move the "save as" windows to find the keyword in the file,
but the new folder that I'm creating disappear.
