Bug description:
* Impact
THe postinst doesn't handle update-notifier not being installed
* Test case
- remove update-notifier
- install evolution-data-server
The installation should not error out in the postinst
* Regression potential
The change is only to add a || true to the update-notifier command in
the postinst, it shouldn't impact on anything
