Tracker not indexing all files it should

Bug description:
Binary package hint: tracker
I Have tracker indexing my home folder and, according to nautilus, it
has 32,143 items but tracker only indexed 31943 items. I could found
some files that were not indexed in the same folder as files that were
indexed I included some screen shots of this search
