Public bug reported:
I upgraded my PC to 19.04. I have headphones using the clinch output and
USB Audio Speakers. After I added the line "load-module module-udev-
detect tsched=0" to /etc/pulse/default.pa, the speakers started working,
but everytime I restart the computer the speakers need to be reselected.
Also the volume control does not seem to work.
The Audiospeakers had trouble working since 18.04. Please fix that.
