Hi! This bug is still happening with the latest DisplayLInk Driver for Ubuntu (5.2). The mouse flickers and moves around alone. It also dissapears on click. I am using a DELL 7300 laptop and a Asus MB16AC display. As soon as I connect the mponitor with the display link adapter uysing an USB a cable the mouse pointer starts to blink. It does no happen if I turn off the built in monitor, or if I connect the second monitor using the DP Alt mode, only with both monitors on and the DisplayLink usb adapter...:(

What happens is that when a monitor is connected via the USB DisplayLink Adapter, the mouse icon flickers only on the laptop screen and monitor connected via DisplayPort (not on the monitor connected via USB DisplayLink Adapter). However, this is also reproducible if I either deactivate the built-in laptop screen, or disconnect the DisplayPort connected monitor. WORKAROUND: Disconnect the USB DisplayLink Adapter for the computer.
