Title:
[USB-Audio - USB Device 0x46d:0x81a, recording] Device shows up in the
mixer's "hardware" tab, but its input is not in the "input" tab

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
When i plug in this webcam (Logictech C260), alsa detects it properly and it
shows up as a second device in alsamixer with one input. It also shows up in
the "hardware" tab of the gnome mixer, but in the "input" tab only the input
from my HDA intel is shown.
It looks like a pulseaudio issue to me, because it's not in pavucontrol
either... and this is after pulseaudio failed to detect *any* device (input and
output), but i already rebooted and forgot to collect information for that bug
report :-/
