Title:
Volume scaling is incorrect for Logitech H600 (046d:0a29): alsamixer @
  0% where pulse volume @ 50%

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When the volume is set to around 50% in PulseAudio (using the Ubuntu
Sound preferences screen but cross-checked by simply viewing with
pavucontrol) the alsamixer volume is set to 0%. I can see the volume
rise quickly as the volume is raised past 50% in the Sound preferences
  screen.

This occurs at least for the Logitech H600 USB device:
Bus 001 Device 011: ID 046d:0a29 Logitech, Inc. H600 [Wireless Headset]

The other audio devices behave "correctly" where 0% is silent and 100%
  is maximum volume.

This confused me because the volume was set to 50% (I'll frequently
reset headset volume to 30-50% to protect my ears) and thought audio
was broken at first because I wasn't getting any sound at all.
