After a system crash, apport launches and presents me with the "Send problem report?" window (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs?action=AttachFile&do=get&target =apport-problem-report.png). I click to send the report but nothing happens after that... not even the next dialog (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs?action=AttachFile&do=get&target =information-upload.png) opens up, and launchpad isn't opened so i can report the bug. Expected: New browser tab is opened to login to launchpad and report the bug.
