Using the same Hardware and same kernel (5.3), the connection works
using Ubuntu 18.04. Also on the same hardware and kernel the connection
to all other wlan networks I tired to far worked flawless. Downgrading
the network manager to version 1.16 did not solve the issue. Further,
using a wlan USB-Stick for connection did not help. Therefore, this
issue seems to be specific to the combination ubuntu 19.10 and LinkHub
HUB40 router. Neither the kernel not the wlan card seem to be the
culprint as the same kernel leads to a working configuration on ubuntu
18.04
Not sure how to provide more info on the issue.
