Multiple notifications aren't displayed

Bug description:
in libnotify if there are multiple notifications at the same time they
arent visible together ...it would be helpful when a new notification
is triggered before the old one vanishes...the new notification should
be displayed below the old notification. Right now new notification is
not displayed until the old notification vanishes...which is quite
some time later....
i would also like a feature by which we can adjust time for which a
notification bubble is displayed.
