Sound completely broken after hibernation.

Bug description:
I am not able to use my PCI sound card for a month now. The sound
completely broke after hibernation. Yesterday i upgraded from Ubuntu
9.04 to Ubuntu 9.10 in hope that upgrade would fix the problem, but no
luck. I tried virtually every troubleshooting guide on the net, and
still nothing. I need someone with good knowledge to help me figure
this thing out. I was told on irc support channel to file a bug. So
here i am. I will attach alsa-info.sh output. Integrated sound card
is still working, but my HT Omega Striker 7.1 (snd-cmipci, C-Media) is
not since hibernation (It was the sound card used when went to
hibernation). Here is lspci output.
