Title:
pulse audio crackles after each track is played

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I am running Lucid on a 32 bit system with the following sound card:

00:0a.0 Multimedia audio controller: Cirrus Logic CS 4614/22/24/30
[CrystalClear SoundFusion Audio Accelerator] (rev 01)

Everytime a track changes during playback of an mp3 file (rhythm box, amarok,
guayadeque) the sounds buzzes, and I have to "jiggle the digital volume control
(speaker)" to make it stop buzzing.

In the meantime, I have done this as a stop gap measure:

  pasuspender -s alsa application

I did NOT have this problem with SuSE Linux.

  Wayno
