  [USB-Audio - E-MU 0404 | USB, playback] volume control only affects
  left channel

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The volume controls only change the left channel ; the right channel
  stays at full volume. The only exception is when reaching 0% volume,
  where both channels are muted.
