apport 2.0-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Pangolin
1. In a "The application X has closed unexpectedly" alert, click
"Relaunch".
What happens: The application relaunches once the "Collecting problem
information" stage is complete, which sometimes takes a minute or
more.
What should happen: The application relaunches immediately.
