apport using LINKS ascii browser to report bug but no referrer header

Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
After crash notifier reporter started so I could report another bug,
apport started the LINKS ascii browser by default, even though Firefox
and Chrome are installed. But the default header options for LINKS is
to NOT report referrer and launchpad required the referrer header to
submit bug report.
