i am from this issue

i test on 2.1 sound system without earphones!!!
after resume i can see only 2 sound device
1 - Hdmi/displayport -pg106 high definition audio controller
2- dummy output
and my sound doesn't work i used to test rhythmbox.
but if i execute this systemctl --user restart pulseaudio
i can see third device line out -family 17h (models 00h-0fh)hd audio
controller
How can we fix it?
