Bug description:
Pretty simple bug:
lxc-create: utils.c: mkdir_p: 253 Permission denied - failed to create
directory '/home/desrt/.local/share/lxc'
desrt@humber:~$ echo $XDG_DATA_HOME
/home/desrt/.var/lib
lxc has no business putting files in ~/.local/share if XDG_DATA_HOME
