We should at least consider to not show it at all on fullscreen video playback (not to mention it uses the currently hardcoded shell rotation so it comes up in portrait mode while playing video in landscape). pop- over volume notification that you cant swipe away is one of the most annoying things ever invented on mobile OSes, i wonder if we cant do better than the others here :)
