ubuntu-bug (apport) does not open a new tab in the browser after click
“send”

Bug description:
I do "ubuntu-bug packageName" in the terminal, then the window appear
asking to me to chose "not send" or "send".
After clicking "send" nothing happens and the window closes, without
open a new tab in the browser.
I already inserted Crash in /etc/apport/crashdb.conf
The file /etc/default/apport already contains:
