  No speaker support after fresh lucid install

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  I've just freshly installed Lucid, and my speakers are not responding.
  When I plug headphones into the jack I am able to hear sound. In most
  of the problems I've read over this is an EAPD issue, however upon
  running hda-alalyzer and going over every option carefully I do not
  see an EAPD option as depicted in others' solutions.

  Sound preferences seems to be in good order. Here's some extra stuff
  the bug report might not have made very accessible:
